I was prepared to write a blog post about a throwback to winter, but since winter seems to have arrived once again, it just seems to be going with the winter theme. Did anyone else put away all their winter gear and then have to hustle it all back out this morning to get the kids off to school? Luckily I had recently put it away so it was still easy to find, but I will admit that seeing the new snow this morning when I was for sure in summer mode threw me off. Yesterday, I was wearing sunglasses and debating whether or not 50 degrees is warm enough for sandals yet. Today I brought back out the snow boots.

I love this couple. We had so much fun at this maternity shoot, and they really put up with some interesting prompts from me to get smiles and moments. I’m in love with the result. It was obviously cold and snowy, and everyone was a trooper. Momma rocked that green dress from Sew Trendy Accessories. I have it available to be worn again in my client closet, and I think it would look amazing in summer too. 😉

This blog post comes just in time for me to have met their new addition to their family this week. I got to meet baby boy, and he is just as amazing as I expected. Bonus picture of little man at the end!
