I looooove this session. The photos all turned out beautiful. The lighting was perfect, the location was perfect, but most of all my beautiful pregnant momma was absolutely glowing and beautiful. 

Confession for this session: I was sick. For whatever reason, I always expect to not get sick in the summer and feel like I’m in the clear when it starts getting warm out, so when I do get sick, I’m just slightly offended that I didn’t even catch the illness from my kiddos going to school, I managed to get sick all on my own. Does anyone else do this? We had already had to reschedule once for reasons out of our control, and I knew momma was thinking her little one was coming soon, so there was NO WAY I was letting my cold get in the way. So, armed with sore throat lozenges and hand sanitizer, off we went for this gorgeous session. All went well, although I tend to shoot pretty far away from my subjects, so yelling out directions was a little bit more of a challenge than usual. 🙂

I love this family. I’ve done a family shoot for them previously, back when I was building my portfolio, and they are all so sweet, and have I mentioned, GOOD LOOKING? Momma rocked this gorgeous blue dress from Sew Trendy Accessories, which I still have for any other mommas to be who want an amazing maternity dress to rock for a session. 😉
